Michael David Winery in Lodi, CA, producing roughly 700,000 cases of wine annually, selected FDC as their General Contractor to expand their existing Lodi facility. The first phase of construction consisted of a 2 million-gallon tank farm on raised concrete pads, a fruit receiving facility, complete with two truck lanes for red and white grape processing, additional presses, and a new refrigeration plant. FDC also completed a 10,000 SF production office building for Michael David Winery. As Michael David Winery continues to expand and improve their facility, FDC is looking forward to working by their side.
