Robert Mondavi Winery
The Robert Mondavi Winery is a state-of-the-art facility for producing and barrel aging high-end red wines. FDC was contracted to complete the new 76,000 SF expansion of a multi-level winemaking facility all based upon gravity flow techniques. All new offices overlooking the production were incorporated into the design as well as a new wine education center for all the visitors. A 26,000 SF renovation was also part of this project which included new hospitality upgrades, a new tasting room, and retail operations. It’s a true high-end production facility that stands the test of time.
