Williams Selyem Production Winery

FDC has partnered with Williams Selyem Winery to transform a compact 2-acre parcel in Healdsburg into a highly efficient and purpose-driven winemaking campus. The development includes a 33,000-square-foot Winery Building, a 5,000-square-foot Barrel Building, a 4,200-square-foot Administrative and Support Building, and a 1,400-square-foot Work Canopy—all meticulously planned to maximize functionality within a limited footprint.

Strategic demolition and selective remodeling of existing structures allowed for optimal site utilization, resulting in a layout that prioritizes production flow and operational efficiency. The integration of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) across the campus offered both design flexibility and cost control, aligning with the client’s vision and budget without compromising performance.

From practical back-of-house spaces to tailored custom features, this new facility is thoughtfully crafted to support the winery’s production needs while preparing them for future growth. With a strong focus on workflow, adaptability, and design efficiency, the new Williams Selyem campus will serve as a streamlined, state-of-the-art winemaking environment for years to come.
