Williams Selyem Administrative Building
The administrative and support building, also known as Building 1, represents a dramatic transformation from a former dirt-floor shed into a 4,000-square-foot wood-framed tenant improvement (TI) that now serves as the administrative and operational hub of the Williams Selyem Winery campus. Thoughtfully redesigned and repurposed, this building houses critical support functions including executive and staff offices, a conference room, a laboratory, a breakroom with kitchenette, and employee lockers.
As the primary connection point between the winery’s production and administrative operations, Building 1 plays a central role in fostering communication and workflow across departments. The wood-framed structure preserves the footprint of the original building while offering a modern, efficient interior environment tailored to the winery’s day-to-day business needs. Its revitalization reflects Williams Selyem’s commitment to preserving resources while investing in the future of their operations.
