Williams Selyem Winery Production

The Pre-Engineered Metal Building, also known as Building 3, serves as the production heart of the new Williams Selyem Winery campus—a 33,000-square-foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) meticulously designed to support every phase of the winemaking process. The facility includes fermentation and crush pad areas, a cold room for temperature-sensitive storage, three independently controlled barrel rooms for aging, a fully equipped laboratory, and dedicated mechanical and electrical rooms. Additional specialized features include a culture room for managing proprietary yeast strains, an on-site water treatment system, and a process waste facility to ensure environmentally responsible operations.

A custom-designed lift system was integrated to enable gravity-flow tank activity, supporting a gentler handling of the wine throughout fermentation and transfer processes—an essential feature for preserving quality in premium winemaking. The PEMB approach provided both the structural flexibility and cost-efficiency needed to meet the winery’s technical requirements while maintaining a seamless production flow. Building 3 is a purpose-built, future-ready facility that reflects Williams Selyem’s commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and sustainable practices.
