Bird & The Bottle
The owners of Bird & the Bottle contracted FDC to help them bring an old three-story building on Fourth Street in Santa Rosa, originally built as a home in the early 1900’s, back to life. From pulling layers of vinyl from the floor to reveal the original wood flooring to the contemporary lighting and metal accents found throughout the restaurant, not an inch of this building was left untouched. Combining the old with the new truly did bring life back to this space. FDC worked closely with the engineers, architects, and owners to secure permitting and ensure the improvements went smoothly and as planned. Bird and the Bottle features an open kitchen, two-stories of indoor and outdoor dining as well as a lounge, bar area, and rooftop seating.
