Camp Newman Phase IV
As the need to house campers, staff, and retreat attendees continues, so does the construction of multiunit cabins at Camp Newman in Santa Rosa, CA. Phase IV consists of Cabin 5A and 5B, two three-story structural steel reinforced wood framed buildings with cantilevered decks and balconies. These cabins sleep up to 168 occupants and share a center deck balcony. Camp Newman’s theme of community is showcased here with 10,000 SF of decks and balconies that invite occupants to leave their rooms and converse in the community spaces. Cabin 5B was completed in May of 2024 and Cabin 5A is scheduled to be completed by Spring of 2025.
