Camp Newman Exterior renovation and remodel completed by FDC in Sonoma County

URJ Camp Newman Pre-construction (Phase I)

Tucked away in the hills and foliage along Porter Creek Rd. is URJ Camp Newman, a 500 Ac year-round retreat center and summer camp, that was destroyed in the 2017 Tubbs fire.  This camp serves 350 people year-round and up to 700 people in the summer. FDC was selected as the Design Build contractor for the rebuilding of their campus. The scope for Phase 1 of the rebuild includes the completion of the “6 Points Community Center”, dining hall, multiple lodges, and infrastructure. FDC is working diligently with URJ Camp Newman to provide pre-construction and construction services for the immediate construction project as well as the overall master planning for this campus. We look forward to building a continued relationship with the URJ in the years to come.
