B Cellars partnered with FDC to manage and construct their visionary Winery and Estate in the heart of Oakville, California. Their goal was to create an immersive environment that celebrates both the exceptional wines and the rich culture of Napa Valley. Together, B Cellars and FDC brought this vision to life, crafting a one-of-a-kind destination that blends innovation, elegance, and hospitality.

The first phase of the project featured the development of a boutique winery and a 13,000-square-foot wine cave, designed to produce approximately 10,000 cases of wine annually. The estate also includes a culinary center, elegant tasting rooms, event lawns, market gardens, and a state-of-the-art production facility. A striking glass elevator connects the winery to a custom private residence, further enhancing the estate’s distinctive character.

Phase II introduced the completion of the custom hilltop residence—an architectural masterpiece spanning 9,972 square feet, offering sweeping views of Napa Valley. Embracing transparency and light as central design themes, the home features floor-to-ceiling windows and a private glass elevator that provides direct access to the owner’s subterranean wine cellar and cave. The residence includes 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a study, spa room, fitness center, gourmet kitchen, expansive living areas, outdoor pool, sauna, BBQ area, and 4,000 square feet of terraces designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Throughout the entire process, FDC collaborated closely with the out-of-state owner, ensuring every detail reflected the estate’s elevated vision. We are proud to have been part of creating this landmark project—an extraordinary blend of luxury, craftsmanship, and the spirit of Napa Valley.
