Scott Kincaid

In 2017, FDC welcomed Scott as a member of its ownership. Several years of Business Operations and Project Management experience prepared him for a seamless transition to this role. With his extensive knowledge of the business sector and the many relationships he has built over the years, Scott brings a fresh perspective that compliments his role in FDC’s ownership.
Due to all of Scott’s previous experience, he knows how to run a successful project and business.
Prior to joining FDC’s team in 2012, Scott dedicated 14 years to a career in Commercial Lending. His dedication to the success of his employer, his clients, and his community earned him the title of Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer with First Community Bank. During his banking career, Scott focused on commercial real estate financing, commercial construction financing and custom residential financing. His experience in each sector, allowed him to explore critical elements of running a successful project and business. Scott uses this knowledge to provide invaluable insight and services to FDC and its clients.

As a proud Santa Rosa native, Scott dedicates much of his time to his community. His service in leadership capacities on the Sonoma County Alliance Board as Past President and Sonoma County Workforce Investment Board as Past Board Chair and his participation with the Sonoma County Innovation Action Council and Sonoma County Youth Ecology Corps are some examples of his passion for community. In addition to serving his clients and volunteering his time to the community, you can always find him and his wife actively participating in their three children’s academic and athletic endeavors.
Scott’s experience, dedication, and community ties not only makes him an asset for FDC, but it is what makes him an asset to our clients as well. We at FDC enjoy watching Scott thrive in this leadership position.
