Rosewood Calistoga DeGuarda Service Center
The back-of-the house is where all the behind-the-scenes action takes place and is essential when creating the ultimate guest experience. FDC was contracted to construct the Back of House facility for a new Luxury Resort by CTF Development and Rosewood. The 17,000 SF, 2-story Pre-Engineered Metal Building with Concrete Pan Deck will house the Administrative Offices, IT/Telecom/Security, Food and Beverage, Employee Dining Room, Commercial Kitchen, Locker Room Facilities, Laundry, and Trash/Recycle/Food Waste for the entire resort. This project is scheduled to be completed in Fall of 2025. Like the heart pumps life through our bodies, this back of house facility is the heart of the campus and is essential for the new luxury campus to function.
