Hapas Restaurant
After the loss of Cricklewood, a local landmark restaurant destroyed in the 2017 Tubbs fire, FDC was more than thrilled to help with the rebuild. Located along Old Redwood Highway in Santa Rosa, the new 5,000 SF pre-fabricated metal building will no longer be a home for Cricklewood Restaurant. Instead, it will provide the shell for something new. FDC is working closely with the owners and chef of Sweet T’s to help create Hapas Restaurant, a Hawaiian inspired sit down and take out restaurant. Santa Rosans eagerly await for Hapas to open its doors and give us another reason to love our home town.
