Rich and Leslie Frank entrusted FDC with the construction of the Miller House, an elegant new addition to their historic Napa Valley winery. Designed to complement the property’s storied character, this single-story event barn offers a seamless blend of functionality, comfort, and timeless design.

The Miller House features 2,200 square feet of refined indoor space and an additional 2,000 square feet of trellised outdoor porches. These spaces are thoughtfully integrated to create a fluid indoor-outdoor experience, ideal for hosting private events, wine tastings, and curated hospitality gatherings.

The facility is outfitted with a commercial-grade kitchen to accommodate professional catering services, along with well-appointed restrooms, zone heating in the floors, and both indoor and outdoor fireplaces that enhance ambiance and guest comfort. The trellised porches are equipped with fabric shades that provide relief from the sun, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoor spaces comfortably during warmer months.

Architecturally, the Miller House evokes classic Napa Valley aesthetics, with painted wood siding and a standing seam metal roof that harmonize with the winery’s historic structures.
