FDC has teamed up with Williams Selyem Winery to turn a 2-acre parcel into an efficient winemaking facility in Healdsburg, CA. The campus will consist of a 4,200 SF Administrative and Support Building, a 5,000 SF Barrel Building, 1,400 SF Work Canopy, and 33,000 SF Winery Building. Utilizing every usable inch of the property and strategically demoing existing buildings while leaving others for a major remodel, this well laid out site plan was designed with function and production at the forefront. The use of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings throughout the project has given the client the flexibility they require while being mindful of their budget. With practical, as well as custom features, this new facility will streamline the winemaking processes for Williams Selyem Winery in years to come.
