Steve Kilgannon
Owner and Project Manager
At the youthful age of 36, Steve joined FDC’s ownership and with this new role, he set out to re-energize the company. Not only did he bring experience and knowledge to FDC, but he also brought a fresh new look on the construction industry. As owner, Steve expanded FDC’s marketing program focusing on bringing in new clients. He also expanded the depth of FDC’s experienced and supportive employees by adding a new generation of talent to propel FDC to the next chapter. With these efforts, FDC more than doubled in volume after the first year and has maintained both healthy growth and stability in the years to follow. Much of FDC’s success can be attributed to Steve’s philosophy that providing service and taking care of the needs of our clients, whatever they may be, is our top priority.
Steve works directly with the clients, bringing a hands-on approach to each task.
Today, with quite a few years under his belt, Steve continues to provide superior service to our clients. He takes a hands-on approach and works with them directly, many times daily, to design, estimate, and manage their construction project. Presently, his main focus is keeping FDC’s current projects list short enough to maintain a personable relationship with each and every client. Steve treats each project as if it were his own. With his strong work ethic, his good sense of humor, extensive knowledge, and contagious energy, he is able to build trusting relationships that often continue for decades. Our clients can attest to his dedication and passion for his craft.
Steve brings a fresh look on the construction industry with his dedication to the craft!
Steve graduated from the University of Arizona with an Economics and Business Management degree, and then moved back to Sonoma County where he continued his education in Construction Management at Sonoma State University. His dedication to his craft is just as evident as his dedication to his family. With the support of his wife and three children, Steve is able to stand as one of the major pillars at FDC.
